Just a quick update on clinics and a big thank you to all for the positive about the ' new Acupuncture treatments'. It's good you feel safe and nourished through the veil of plastic!
Sadly, Waterside Therapy Rooms in Cardiff is closing, another casualty of the pandemic. On a positive note, Wellfield Osteopathic Clinic will be re-opening fully in November, so I can return to offering appointments on Thursdays from 3pm - 7pm.

Firstly, I hope this message finds you and your loved well well and safe. Below is some news of how I can continue my professional care to support you through the pandemic by offering online/phone consultations and remote healing sessions to provide continuity of care.
We are waiting for government guidelines to be confirmed, which give the go ahead to start treating with Covid security at the end of July.
Speaking with many of you, I am very aware of how different the experiences are of people, depending on work, home, support network and having social media. However you are feeling, please don't judge yourself if you are fearful, experiencing old traumas, grief emerging, or feel guilty for being OK? Reach out and get the appropriate physical, emotional, spiritual and mental health support. There are some great organisations here to help.

From Monday 11 May 2020, I will be offering appointments via Zoom online and phone. A different format of connecting in these times.
30 minute and 1 hour slots, £25/£50 are available to potentially include some of the below, depending on your unique needs;

*recovering from Covid 19
*In depth health review
*Fertility issues
*Menopause concerns
*Building resilience and immunity
*Cup of tea and a chat on what you need support with.
If you are interested in booking a slot, please email me with what you would like your appointment to include and for how long. We can arrange a time. Payment is via PayPa and in advance. There is a cancellation policy of 24 hours notice needed to cancel your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee, as we do in person. If you don't show up, there is no refund.
If you are without funds due to the pandemic, we can discuss payment of the fees.
